These reports were run on GP Plumbing in Denton, Tx. The Ranking Report will show where GP Plumbings‘ website is showing up in response to specific search phrases entered into the search engines. These search phrases were selected using the Google Keyword Planning Tool. Here are the keywords the report is working with.

Now there is the possibility GP Plumbing is showing up for other keywords but the question is are they keywords with commercial value? Are they being entered by people with buying intent or people just researching a subject? That is why I record the suggested bid value from the Keyword Planning Tool. Suggested big value shows that pay per click marketers are willing to spend money on those searches because they have found they result in sales.
Local Ranking Report
The local ranking report records where GP Plumbing shows up in the results for a local proximity search with each of the keywords listed above. GP Plumbing was only found ranking on map searches and in most cases was #10 or higher. If you are not in the top #three on the map searches you generally are not visible.

The report shows that GP Plumbing is not showing up in a competitive position for any of the keywords. Well actually, it shows up when someone types “gp plumbing”, their own business name.
Google My Business Report
The Google My Business report shows no problem with the GMB listing. I ran the report to show the top 10 results for “hot water heater repair”, “emergency plumber”, “water heater repair”, and “24 hour plumber near me”. These are all highly relevant search terms that are being used by people in the Denton, Tx area. They are not finding GP Plumbing.

Right now you are buried in Google and have very poor visibility. These reports are not subjective, they show the actual results of local searches for the search terms that were researched with Google Adwords Keyword Planner.
