I was planning to do a local search visibility report for Marsh, Paine & Waddill, P.x.: Paine Henry but when I ran the BrightLocal ranking report on their Google My Business Profile they did not come up in any local results, only a few organic. I opened an incognito browser window and tested a few of the searches and they were no were to be found.
First thing I noticed was their website has no NAP (name, address and phone) information where Google likes to see it. They also cannot seem to agree on what their business name is. On their Google My Business Profile it is listed as “Marsh, Paine & Waddill, P.C.: Paine Henry”, but you cannot tell that by looking a their website. But that isn’t why they are completely invisible to the local search results.

In order to correct this they need a reliable Local Search Consultant to clean up their existing citations and could benefit by building additional ones. Every citation must have the exact Name, Address and Phone number as the Google My Business profile.
